The Role

The Training Manager will work within the professional services function of SDS, assisting in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this remote role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape a key area of the business, making a significant impact on its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects
  • Deliver high quality training on our software products
  • Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results
  • Generate leads for professional services (from existing customers), nurture and close sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market.
  • Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience working in a training or professional services team
  • Proven software training experience within a SaaS or technology environment
  • A strong track record of executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
  • The ability to work autonomously on own initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the Housing industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
