Job summary

A leading printing and packaging company in Barwell is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to enter the customer service field. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining records. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry point into the industry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and processing orders.
  • Efficiently prioritise and manage customer orders submitted via phone and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Complete daily data entry tasks and manage weekly stock sheets.
  • Work closely with internal departments to meet targets and satisfy customers.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer service records.
