A vehicle service company in York is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for customers. You will manage bookings for MOT, service, and repairs, ensuring excellent communication and customer service. The ideal candidate will have immaculate presentation and the ability to work with Pinnacle DMS or similar systems. Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to earn commissions on service plans.
We are looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our YORK dealership.
Once trained, you will be the first point of contact for customers booking in their vehicles to the workshop for MOT/Service and Repair. You will have immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills. You will be computer literate and experience of Pinnacle DMS or similar will be an advantage. You will look after your own customers every day, keeping them updated on the progress of their vehicle. You will organise and hand over courtesy cars and explain the work done and what has been invoiced to the customer when they collect their car. You will be used to delivering outstanding customer service. With the role comes opportunity to earn commission for selling service plans and accessories. Experience in the role is preferred, however not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate. Working Monday - Friday, with one in three Saturday mornings.
You must have a valid UK Manual, Driving licence and live within commuting distance of the dealership.
