Sales Advisor – Vertu Volvo Yeovil

We’re excited to welcome a new Sales Advisor to our team at Vertu Volvo Yeovil.

This role offers a £32,000 basic salary, £38,000 OTE, and the potential to earn well beyond that — no previous experience needed!

You’ll receive full training and a detailed onboarding programme to help you succeed and start earning from day one. After six months, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to a Sales Executive position (if you choose), increasing your OTE to £45,000+, plus a company car.

Your Work–Life Balance

We believe in balance as much as earning potential. You’ll work 40 hours per week across five 8-hour shifts, including most Saturdays, with a guaranteed day off during the week. And because we’re closed every Sunday, you can enjoy a complete day of rest — every week, without exception.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through the full car-buying journey. From arranging test drives and discussing finance options to recommending accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll engage with customers in-store, online, by phone, or by video, supporting both local and national enquiries. Strong communication skills and confidence with technology are essential.
