Job summary

A leading healthcare and retail company based in Nottingham is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing financial processes, supporting efficient Facilities Management services, and liaising with various stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Experience working in a facilities management environment either within a customer or provider role.
  • Understanding of financial and budget management.
  • Working knowledge of basic Health & Safety compliance practices.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial and procurement processes, including cost negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of efficient Facilities Management services.
  • Assist Facilities Manager in financial management and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive performance management of facilities services.
  • Liaise with resource groups to provide Facilities Management support.
  • Administer financial processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.
