Job summary

A leading UK-based facilities management company is looking for a proactive Facilities Management Coordinator to join their Nottingham team. In this role, you will manage housekeeping and security teams, execute maintenance tasks, and oversee site improvement projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities management, line management skills, and a practical approach to maintenance. Qualifications

  • Experience in a Facilities or Caretaking role.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in executing minor building maintenance tasks.
  • Good understanding of compliance related to building services.
  • Experience in managing external services and contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks across UK sites.
  • Ensure buildings conform to current legislation and management systems.
  • Track Facilities budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate site ground activities and maintenance.
