Job summary

A leading global real estate services firm in Nottingham seeks a Compliance Coordinator to manage the CAFM system and oversee maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have proven CAFM experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience of CAFM systems and processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key user of the client CAFM system, ensuring accurate maintenance.
  • Oversee scheduling and completion of maintenance works as per SLA.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for on-time delivery.
  • Manage compliance inbox, processing requests thoroughly.
  • Review subcontractor paperwork for compliance.
