Job description

To provide a professional, organised and compliant HR service across TDAS, ensuring day-to-day people processes run smoothly and consistently. The postholder will coordinate HR compliance checks, support managers with employee relations processes, and deliver end-to end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding administration.

The HR & People Officer will act as the central point of coordination for HR systems, dashboards, reporting and documentation, ensuring TDAS remains legally compliant and aligned with internal policies and frameworks.

This is a new role for TDAS, offering the opportunity for the right candidate to shape their responsibilities and scale their impact over time.
