Job summary

A leading motor retailer in the UK seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Jaguar Land Rover division nationally. The role involves delivering HR strategy, managing business changes and providing HR advice across dealerships. The ideal candidate must be CIPD qualified or working towards certification, have strong Employee Relations experience, and be capable of influencing leadership. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus bonuses and benefits including 25 days holiday and medical insurance are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of the Groups HR strategy within the Jaguar Land Rover division.
  • Manage business acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
  • Provide commercially focused HR advice and support.

Skills

CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Strong foundation in Employee Relations
IT Literacy including Microsoft packages
Numeracy and Literacy Skills
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Strong planning and organizing skills
Valid UK driving license
