There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from assisting customers with their practical, daily living tasks to working through support plans, helping them to achieve independence.
One shift you might be working a sleep-in, making sure you’re available for overnight support, the next you might be working the day shift and enjoying fish and chips by the sea with your customer.
You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
You might find yourself working in accommodation-based services, a registered care home or supporting our customers in a community or home-based setting.
