• Previous experience in Facilities/Estate management.
• Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety compliance.
• Management of a team of engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and security of staff and premises.
• Supervise and deliver facilities services to the prison.
• Liaise with HMPS management for project expectations.
• Maintain standards as per Service Level Agreement.
