Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Revenue Management training is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel Revenue Management or Revenue supervision.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, benchmarking and analytics.
• Experience with Opera, Duetto, Switch and SAP preferred.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; local language required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the hotel’s revenue management and pricing strategy to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA.
• Manage daily pricing decisions across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Monitor, maintain and optimise Duetto pricing rules.
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick-up reports.
• Optimise room type pricing and supplement strategies.
• Lead the hotel’s upselling strategy at booking stages.
• Produce weekly forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee group and event quotations.
• Drive direct channel performance and OTA disintermediation.
• Prepare and lead business review meetings.
