• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Delivery within an MSP.
• Solid experience in BAU support, handling complex escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack, networking, virtualisation and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure components.
• Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects for clients.
• Provide 3rd line BAU support for complex technical issues.
