Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Delivery within an MSP or similar environment.
• Solid experience in BAU support, ideally at 3rd line level, handling complex escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack, networking, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), firewalls, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain core IT infrastructure components.
• Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects for clients.
• Provide 3rd line BAU support for complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored solutions.
