Job summary

A leading care organization in Scotland seeks a Workforce Planning Coordinator to ensure effective staff deployment and compliance with care laws. This role involves creating shift rosters, coordinating staff cover, and conducting wellbeing checks. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, requiring a commitment of 37 hours per week.
