A leading real estate company in Shoreditch is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant to join their flagship branch. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £63,000 OTE per annum along with extensive training and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
  • Book and carry out property viewings.

  • Support the Branch Manager where applicable.

Job description
Job Title: Senior Lettings Consultant

Location: Shoreditch

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: up to £63,000 OTE per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6:00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5:00pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
  • A full UK driving license
