Job description

Job Title: Trainee Lettings Consultant

Location: Staines-upon-Thames

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: up to £34,000 OTE per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded a day in lieu.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Consultant will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long‑term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Duties will include:

  • Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies.
  • Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients.
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
