Job summary

A leading industrial software provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts in the UK. In this role, you will drive customer success by fostering relationships, improving the adoption of AVEVA technology, and ensuring the realization of customer value. With strong presentation skills and experience in customer success, you will be involved in onboarding, deployment, and expansion strategies to optimize client engagement and satisfaction. This position supports hybrid working and comes with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Experience in the process manufacturing and/or services industry.
