EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
One of our commitments is to do our bit for the environment is ensuring we use everything we can, and in this role, it involves the increasingly valuable commodity – sewage and sludge. As a business we ensure most of our waste is cleaned and safely returned to the rivers, increasingly we’re finding innovative green uses for it in farming and energy generation – in fact we generate some of our own electricity from the sewage we process.
To be successful, it’s expected that you have a LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) driving licence (category C+E/class 1) and a DQC valid until September 2024 and a Digital Tachograph card. It would be great if you have experience of driving with liquid loads such as petrol, dairy etc, but this is not essential.
