Job summary

A leading nursery organization in Portsmouth is seeking flexible Bank Staff for its new Little Thinkers Nursery. The role is designed for candidates with childcare experience and a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years. Bank Staff will support the nursery by covering staffing gaps caused by absences, with potential shifts up to 10 hours per day. Full safeguarding training will be provided to ensure that staff can work effectively within the environment. Come and join our Brand New Nursery

We are looking to build a flexible team of Bank Staff for our Brand New Little Thinkers Nursery setting at All Faiths Children’s Academy.

Our Bank Staff support team will help cover staffing gaps caused by sickness, holidays or other absences. For the right candidates, we may request availability of up to 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, on an as-needed basis, depending on operational requirements and your availability.

Full safeguarding training, along with any other relevant training, will be provided to ensure you can work effectively and confidently within our brand-new nursery.

This role will be best suited to someone who has previously worked in childcare and holds a Level 2 / 3 or higher in Early Years, is looking to return and work around existing commitments.
