What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing setting where children feel confident and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Track and celebrate children’s development milestones using written records shared with parents.
• Support the daily operation of the nursery, upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a childcare setting.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Passion for early childhood education and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

Pay: £12.21 – £12.45 per hour plus accrued holiday pay.

Hours: Zero‑hour contract with flexible shift work between 8am‑6pm, Monday‑Friday, to match nursery needs.
