As a Defendant EL/PL Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers’ and public liability claims. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
• Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
• Keeping up‑to‑date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Legal Executive / Claims Handler / Paralegal Lawyer with a minimum of 2 year experience in Personal Injury Litigation – preferably in defendant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a claimant and/or RTA background
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
