Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months’ experience handling defendant EL/PL claims at a pre-litigation stage.
• Experience using the MOJ EL/PL Portal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Defend EL/PL personal injury claims from inception up to litigation.
• Use the MOJ EL/PL Portal confidently and efficiently.
• Communicate with opponents, experts, statutory bodies, and clients.
• Negotiate liability and quantum in line with client instructions.
• Maintain accurate reserves and financial records.
• Deliver high standard customer service.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
