Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering and / or Product) in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in agency or in-house at a startup / scale-up (ideally Series A–D).
• Proven track record closing high calibre candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong sourcing instincts and a bias toward proactive, creative headhunting.
• Data-literate: uses metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity; resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• High ownership mindset - no task too small, but always focused on impact.
• Strong judgment and backbone: able to challenge stakeholders and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own roles end-to-end: intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, offer, and close.
• Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies per role.
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality; maintain strong momentum from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and success criteria.
• Act as a trusted advisor - challenging assumptions and raising the bar.
• Maintain high standards for candidate assessment and interview quality.
