An established charitable organization in Oxfordshire is seeking a Positive Behaviour Consultant for a 9-month fixed term maternity cover. This role involves working directly with individuals with learning disabilities and autism to enhance their quality of life through tailored support plans. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least two years of experience, with essential vehicle access for community engagement. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in applicable field.
• Full member or practising registrant of UK-SBA or BACB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
• Develop positive behaviour support plans.
• Deliver PBS training to support teams.
• Support teams in monitoring and evaluation.
