• Must be predicted to achieve GCSE grades in English and Maths.
• Must not have completed a degree in a similar subject.
• Must not already be in full-time education.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support incident resolution.
• Translate technical implementations into business friendly explanations.
• Encourage feedback from stakeholders.
• Contribute towards documentation and process creation.
