About You

We are recruiting for a seasoned automotive professionalwith a deep-rooted passion for innovation, excellence and extensive experiencein the role of Dealer Principal.

This person will lead from the front, innovating andmotivating the team at our Skoda and Select Dealership. Communication will bean essential skill as the chosen candidate will be expected to confidently liaise with the Board of Directors and Group Managers as well as the colleagueson site.

The right candidate for this role will be proficient andconfident in Microsoft office packages including excel, using this as a tool toanalyse and evidence the successes and areas for improvement within thedealership. This person will be detail and result oriented, with aproven ability to increase profitability and performance.
