Qualifications

• Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
• Knowledge of re-letting rooms or units, collecting rents, and formal tenancy action.
• Ability to lead and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers properties are well-maintained and they feel proud of their homes.
• Assist customers with housing benefit claims to ensure they are received.
• Turn around vacant rooms to maximize occupancy within set timescales.
