Job summary

An award-winning maritime events & media company in Fareham is looking for an experienced sales professional. The role involves outbound B2B sales, consultative solutions for clients, and managing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in sales, be target-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in media & events.
  • Strong pipeline management and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior professionals.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative solutions from product portfolio to clients.
  • Perform outbound sales across digital, events, and sponsorships.
  • Manage client relationships and accounts effectively.
  • Source and convert new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers via calls and social media.
  • Achieve targets, KPIs, and business goals.
  • Work to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
