A dynamic Media & Marketing company based in Harrogate seeks a Business Development Manager to lead a full-cycle sales operation. This role offers uncapped monthly commission with a realistic OTE of £65,000+. Candidates should have over 3 years of proven sales success, strong motivation for earnings, and exceptional negotiation skills. The position allows for hybrid working, promising ongoing development and progression opportunities, while enabling you to build long-term client relationships across diverse sectors.
