Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Overview

£9,523.80 per annum /£12.21 per hour, 15 hours per week (5 days) - Evening shift

Are you ready to make an impact in our leisure club? We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Leisure Club Cleaner to join our team for evening deep-cleaning duties, working Monday to Friday, 19:00–22:00. From ensuring pristine facilities to delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
  • Follow the cleaning schedule to maintain the highest standards across all leisure club areas.
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, following all procedures and data sheet guidelines.
  • Be a friendly face, delivering superior customer service with a smile.
  • Stay informed on and adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • First Aid Certification: Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
