New Business Lead Generation Executive – Bournemouth

£40,000 OTE plus benefits and commission
Office based role in Bournemouth
Reporting to Sales Director

Arrow Industrial Group has been a trusted industry specialist since 1986. We deliver security, reliability, and innovation to customers nationwide, providing advanced solutions across industrial doors, automatic entrance systems, loading bays, gates, and barriers. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged and high-speed doors, automatic doors, fire shutters, fire doors and smoke curtains, traffic doors, and a wide range of automated gates and barriers.

The Role

Are you looking for the opportunity to play a crucial role in hunting out and gaining new business? If you have experience of lead generation and finding future customers that will promote growth, then this could be the role for you.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to identify new business in our South region. This is a office-based role from our site close to Bournemouth Airport.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, managing the full sales process, and building strong relationships with prospective customers across key sectors.

What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £30,000 per year
  • On-target earnings (OTE) £40,000 including salary and commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate leads by telephone, email and social media
  • Strong communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
  • Outbound calling and qualifying leads, developing a sales pipeline
  • Work through specific targeted sales campaigns to uncover new business sales opportunities
  • Identify and exploit new sales opportunities, managing these through the sales process to conclusion
  • Arrange qualified sales appointments, passing these to the field‑based team for survey and quoting
  • After sending out a quote/proposal, follow up with the customer and negotiate to secure new business
  • Develop business relationships with new clients to maximise sales opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline through our CRM system – HubSpot
  • Log all customer relationship contact within HubSpot, along with coordination & admin
  • Work closely with the operation team and existing account manager to become a key member of a very strong, successful team
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide unified customer service
Skills & Experience
  • Highly self‑motivated and friendly collaborator who can build effective relationships with customers and regional teams
  • Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting
  • Ideally experienced in the industrial service sectors or selling industrial products/services in a B2B market
  • Opportunity for internal progression into more senior sales roles in the future
  • Strong negotiator with excellent customer service skills and ability to close
  • Enthusiastic communicator who can engage with customers and sell the benefits of our products and services
  • Experience managing a wide portfolio of customers at various stages of onboarding
  • Strong IT skills with experience of CRM platforms, MS applications and SAP
  • Previous experience with HubSpot and SAP Business One would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Flexible approach and ability to assist in any tasks assigned by the business
  • Team player who works collaboratively with a number of individuals all highly motivated to succeed
