Growth/ Lead Generator - Yeovil | £35-45K + Bonuses

We're looking for a driven Lead Generator to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. The Role

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities, reach out, build relationships, and book meetings that fuel our sales growth
  • Be the engine that drives new business, working closely with the team to smash targets
  • Make high-volume calls and emails to connect with potential clients
  • Book meetings and support sales growth
  • Track progress and follow up on opportunities
  • Plan and execute outreach strategies for maximum results
  • Confidently handle objections and respond effectively
  • Listen, engage, and build strong connections
  • Engage with decision-makers and CEO-level contacts to drive opportunities
Experience & Skills
  • Confident, personable, and proactive
  • Curious, target-driven, and resilient
  • Comfortable communicating with clients at all levels, including decision-makers and CEOs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in growing a business or client base
