Job summary

A global support service company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Greater London. The successful candidate will analyze business challenges, support sales teams, and implement AI solutions to enhance processes. Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in a sales support role or business analyst.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business challenges and design new processes.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of process documents.
  • Manage requests in the shared mailbox.
  • Develop and implement AI models to improve workflows.
  • Monitor sales performance and project management of sales tools.
  • Support user adoption of Salesforce.
