Qualifications

• Proven experience as a customer-facing solutions professional, with strong technical expertise in LMS and/or SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of EMEA security and data protection requirements, including GDPR and data residency.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coach SEs on demo delivery, solution design, and technical discovery.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex product questions.
• Guide SEs on how to communicate technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
