Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, delivery, sales, or business leadership roles.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• Experience with complex solutions in test and measurement or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional GSE organization.
• Own regional solution and services performance.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership for complex deal engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution from solution design to delivery.
• Strengthen collaboration with Industry Solution Teams.
