Qualifications

• Experience working with adults who have faced homelessness is essential.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Strong ability to manage time and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support customers facing homelessness to reach independence.
• Assess needs by writing and updating support plans.
• Liaise with external support links for customer development.
• Maintain accurate written records.
