Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse.
  • Sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management.
  • Good understanding of occupancy agreements.
  • Ability to react effectively under pressure.
  • Empathy and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing clients' needs and updating support plans.
  • Assisting clients with finances and welfare benefits.
  • Encouraging social inclusion and client confidence.
  • Working with statutory agencies on behalf of clients.
  • Promoting safe working practices through risk assessments.
