Qualifications

  • Experience of providing support to customers facing homelessness.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and write support plans.
  • Capable of keeping accurate and high-quality written records.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers to maximize their potential and independence.
  • Assess needs by writing and updating support plans.
  • Develop relationships ensuring personal choice, privacy, and dignity.

Skills

Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Strong organisational skills
Functional literacy and numeracy
Ability to react quickly to changing priorities

Education

NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
