Qualifications

• Significant experience working with adults to enable goal achievement.
• Experience working in partnership with organisations.
• Experience in a busy administrative environment for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on employment, education, and volunteering.
• Complete initial assessments with customers.
• Work with customer groups to remove barriers to employment.
• Develop pathways for accessing employment support.
• Conduct proactive customer contact for further support.
• Occasionally travel across different sites.

Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching or equivalent

Minimum Level 2 in English and Mathematics
