# Allocator## About the jobWe are currently recruiting for an Allocator to join the Merchandising team at cardfactory. This is a pivotal role to ensure that we have the right stock in the right place at the right time. This opportunity is available on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role supports the Merchandising and Central A&R team to plan and execute inventory at sku/store level for the relevant category/channel to successfully achieve sales, profit, margin and stock targets (availability). You’ll be working collaboratively with the merchandising team to maximise inventory for events and new store openings as well as providing great customer service to our stores.At cardfactory we operate a smart working policy combining some days working at our head office in Wakefield with some days working from home.
