Skills

FCII/ACII or equivalent preferred

Experience within a corporate insurance broker

Consistent track record in developing relationships

Experience of leading teams successfully

Working knowledge of Risk Management concepts

Commercial understanding of business

Understanding the insurance market dynamics

Technical knowledge of major insurance classes

Good negotiating skills
