Responsibilities

• Verify recharge claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all recharges.
• Ensure timely processing and invoicing of outstanding recharges.
• Support the Service Manager in identifying trends and improvements.
