A special education provider in King's Lynn is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs and facilitate their learning. The role involves engaging students, implementing behaviour management strategies, and working closely with teachers to ensure students succeed academically and socially. Salary: Grade D (£25,583 - £25,989 per annum FTE)
Actual Starting Salary: £22,176.63 per annum pro rata
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

The Bridge Fen Rivers is a therapeutic SEMH Special School offering full time education and therapeutic support to up to 82 children aged between 5 and 16 years old. Pupils are referred to the school by the local authority.
Fen Rivers, which is part of The Bridge Trust, provides young people with specialist education in order for them to progress and succeed in sustained education or employment. We do this through high-quality therapeutic teaching and learning, based on effective relationships, that enable the achievement of life skills and meaningful qualifications.
