Business Development Manager

This role is for self-driven, commercially minded sales professionals who want their performance to directly impact their earnings and progression. If you thrive on targets, enjoy the autonomy of a 360 role, and are motivated by earning serious commission, this could be the role for you.

The Role

This is a full 360, new-business sales role where your success will be measured by results. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, building long-term, high-value client relationships across a range of sectors. You’ll sell a mix of media, advertising, and promotional solutions, tailoring your approach to each client and being rewarded directly for the revenue you generate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities
