Job summary

A leading company in catering and hospitality based in Reading is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to develop and maintain HR policies aligned with UK and Ireland legislation. You will lead a team ensuring compliance, manage employment contracts, and support HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of HR management experience in the UK, strong knowledge of employment law, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Manager role in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and data protection.
  • Experience managing HRIS data quality and documentation controls.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR policies and processes comply with UK and Ireland legislation.
  • Conduct horizon scanning and impact assessments for legal changes.
  • Manage the contracts of employment across WSH brands.
  • Support the rollout of new HR legislation and initiatives.
  • Create guidance materials and communicate changes to policies.
