Henry Seymour Digital Operations Manager – Sutton
Henry Seymour, part of the Jensten Group, invites a dynamic leader to drive digital excellence as a Digital Operations Manager. The role reports to the Digital Schemes division, supports 4 direct reports, and blends office and remote work after probation.
Key objectives & responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire and manage a talented team, ensuring performance reviews, continuous professional development, and successful team hires
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Digital Strategy & Performance
- Utilise and enhance digital Management Information (MI) to improve efficiency and achieve performance targets
- Oversee digital processes, identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and drive business development strategies
Process Optimisation & Technology
- Streamline workflows through technology, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
- Monitor call system performance, including bounce rates, drop-offs, and response times, ensuring service levels are consistently met
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Work closely with Managing Directors to review account performance, identify strengths and opportunities, and manage external relationships
- Deliver robust MI reporting to track workflows, customer experience, and other critical business metrics
About You
You’re a proactive, detail‑oriented leader with a passion for digital innovation and operational excellence. You thrive on solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and simplifying complex information.
Qualifications & experience
- A background in the insurance industry
- Experience in a similar Operations Management role
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to leverage digital MI for performance improvement
- Excellent IT and systems knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint essential; Open GI desirable)
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels
