A leading insurance intermediary group in the UK seeks a Head of Broker Distribution to drive the sales and distribution strategy across their broker partner channel. This is a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to our London office and other Jensten locations across the UK when required, ensuring strong collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders and broker partners.
As our Head of Broker Distribution, you will shape, lead and deliver the distribution and sales strategy for Jensten Products across our UK broker partner channel . You’ll be accountable for achieving growth, retention and targets across our product sets, while ensuring brokers receive top quartile service and support.
This is a highly visible, strategic position—working closely with senior leadership, underwriting, product, marketing and data teams to influence proposition development and strengthen our broker relationships.
You’ll be an experienced and commercially minded distribution leader combines strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. Passionate about building strong broker relationships, you use data, insight and curiosity to drive performance and spot new opportunities.
