A leading debt collection service provider in Kilmarnock is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Collections Specialist, you’ll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions.
