PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £55,000 - £60,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Plus London Weighting Allowance of £5,441 and 15% bonus. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is a 12‑month Fixed Term contract. The Lead Project Manager is a new position within the “Digital Operations – Projects” function of the Business Planning and Operations unit of the Digital Division of BBC Studios Brands & Licensing. It reports to the Change & Transformation Lead and supports the transition of the function from Operations under the Digital Change team.
You’ll be part of an ambitious and collaborative team at the heart of BBC Studios’ Digital Division, a business that shapes how global audiences connect with world‑class entertainment at the intersection of storytelling, fandom and technology. You’ll help drive change and transformation across the division, supporting systems, processes and ways of working that enable a fast‑moving digital organisation to grow and evolve.
